Katalon Studio definition

Katalon Studio is the free Katalon Studio offering for a single User for that User’s individual use only and has limited functionality. “Katalon Studio Enterprise” is Katalon’s multi-User, subscription-based Katalon Studio offering that has additional features. If you register for Katalon Studio Enterprise (or use it on a trial basis), then the terms and conditions under the “KATALON STUDIO ENTERPRISE LICENSE TERMS” section apply. Otherwise the terms and conditions under the “KATALON STUDIO STANDARD LICENSE TERMS” section apply. Katalon’s Runtime Engine (“Katalon Runtime Engine”) enables the execution of Test Cases you create using Katalon Studio or Katalon Studio Enterprise. Katalon Runtime Engine is a separate subscription from Katalon Studio/Katalon Studio Enterprise and requires use of either Katalon Studio or Katalon Studio Enterprise. If you subscribe to the Katalon Runtime Engine, then the terms and conditions under the “KATALON RUNTIME ENGINE LICENSE TERMS” apply. Katalon Studio Enterprise and Katalon Runtime Engine are available as monthly and annual subscriptions. Examples of Katalon Studio in a sentence

  • You may subscribe to Katalon Studio Enterprise on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Ordinarily, use of Katalon Studio Enterprise requires that online access be maintained, including for activation, support and updates.

  • You must have a valid license to Katalon Studio or Katalon Studio Enterprise in order to license Katalon Runtime Engine.

  • The User will enter in the subscription manager portion of your Katalon account page the Machine ID of the Machine on which you will install Katalon Studio Enterprise and obtain a license key from Katalon in order to activate your copy of Katalon Studio Enterprise on that Machine.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
