Kassos Contract definition
Kassos Contract means the shipbuilding contract No. QHS-225-5500-06011301 dated 28 February 2008 made between the Kassos Borrower and the Builders, as amended by an Addendum No. 1 thereto dated 28 February 2008 and as may be further amended and supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks), relating to the construction and sale by the Builders, and the purchase by the Kassos Borrower, of the Kassos Ship;
