KanAm definition

KanAm means KanAm US, Inc. and all of its Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

KanAm means KanAm US, Inc. and all of its Subsidiaries and Affiliates. “knowledge” with reference to any member of the Group, means the actual knowledge of an executive officer of such Person after reasonable inquiry (which reasonable inquiry shall include, without limitation, interviewing and questioning such other Persons as the Borrower or such Subsidiary of the Borrower, as applicable, deems reasonably necessary).
