Examples of Kalshi in a sentence

  • You hereby grant Kalshi a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, full sublicensable and freely assignable license to store, use, copy, display, disseminate and create derivative works from: (i) the price and quantity data for each transaction entered into by You that is executed via the Services and (ii) each bid, offer and/or order provided via the Services by You.

  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that You have received and read the Kalshi Rulebook.

  • You will be bound by, and comply with, the rules and regulations established by Kalshi applicable to the Services contained in the Kalshi rules (as supplemented or amended from time to time, the “Kalshi Rulebook”).

  • You hereby agree that You will not allow any person not identified to Kalshi to access or use these Services.

  • However, Members should not reveal to Kalshi any Ideas for which a Member wants to receive any compensation or credit.

  • Kalshi will not provide You with any compensation or credit for any Ideas You submit.

  • Subject to Applicable Law and the Kalshi Rulebook, Kalshi or You may terminate this Member Agreement by giving the other prior written notice.

  • You shall pay the fees and charges for the Services as specified from time to time on the Kalshi website ("Website").

  • Kalshi allows Members to submit ideas, concepts, designs or inventions for contracts or any other relevant topic (collectively “Ideas”).

  • In the event of any conflict between this Member Agreement and the Kalshi Rulebook, the Kalshi Rulebook will govern.

Related to Kalshi

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • VP means VP Securities Services (Værdipapircentralen A/S), the Danish central securities depository;

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.

  • FTI means FTI Consulting Canada Inc.;
