  • In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ, or shall cause KAIST, KAITECH, KORDI, SERI, KWAIST and ▇▇▇▇ each to employ pursuant to a time-table satisfactory to the Bank, consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Bank.
