K-5. Fall Conferences: One (1) half day and (2) evening conferences. Evening conferences shall not be scheduled to exceed (3) hours and the total conferences in a day shall not exceed five and one half hours (5 1/2). Teachers shall receive a minimum break of sixty (60) minutes for each meal not provided. K-5. All teachers in the building will receive a score based on a comparison of building ELA and Math scores to statewide ELA and Math scores. The percentage of 4th and 5th grade students in the building achieving levels 3/4 will be compared to the statewide percentage of 4th and 5th grade students achieving levels 3/4. Each comparison will yield a difference. Each teacher will be scored based on an average of the two differences. The score will be converted into HEDI points according to the table in section IV(d). In each elementary building, all teachers will receive the same HEDI score.
K-5. After school public performances or activities open to the public in which their students are involved.” Teachers attending mandated performances must attend both the fall and spring concerts to earn one half (.5) compensation day.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy.   • Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.

Deliveries scheduled using Energy Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.
