JVP Group definition
JVP Group means JVP and JVP Management, and any entity that is an Affiliate of JVP (other than the General Partner and the Partnership) that is in the business of owning, operating, developing or managing asset managing or servicing real property, loans or interests in entities whose ultimate investments are in real estate or loans.
