JV Vessel means a vessel owned by a JV Company, together with all spare parts belonging to such vessel and all related stores, supplies, fuel and lubes (whether on board or ashore).

  • Pursuant to such purchase and sale agreement, CMRE, and with respect to any JV Vessel Interests, York shall be obligated to sell the Existing Non-Compete Vessel Interests to the Partnership Group Member and the Partnership Group Member shall be obligated to purchase the Existing Non-Compete Vessel Interests from CMRE and, with respect to any JV Vessel Interests, York.
