JV Facility definition

JV Facility means (i) the Master Repurchase Agreement dated as of June 1, 2006 between BMO Capital Markets Corp., each Bank Principal and each Conduit Principal (as such terms are defined therein), PHH Home Loans, LLC, Axiom Financial LLC, Preferred Mortgage Group LLC, RMR Financial LLC and NE Moves Mortgage LLC, and (ii) the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of September 30, 2005 among PHH Home Loans, LLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Bank of Montreal as administrative agent for the Lenders (as defined therein), each amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
