juridical definition
juridical means any person in the territory or maritime zones of one of the Contracting Parties in accordance with their legislation and having its registered office or directly or indirectly controlled by nationals of either Contracting Party, or by legal persons having their headquarters in the territory or maritime zones of one of the Contracting Parties and in accordance with its law.
