Junket enterprise definition

Junket enterprise means any person or entity, other than the holder of a Class A or Class B license, who employs or otherwise engages the services of a junket representa- tive in connection with a junket to a Class B licensee’s premises.
Junket enterprise means any person other than a casino licensee or applicant who employs or otherwise engages in the procurement or referral of persons who may participate in a junket to a casino licensed under this chapter or casino enterprise whether or not those activities occur within the State.
