Junk Collector definition

Junk Collector means any Person, that not does not have a fixed Place of Business in Salt Lake County, who goes from place to place gathering, collecting, buying, selling, or otherwise dealing in old rags, papers, metals, or other articles commonly known as junk.

Related to Junk Collector

  • Tax Collector means the Council or its designee or agent for all purposes under this Chapter. "Taxpayer" means any person liable for any tax under this Chapter.

  • Data Collector means a person designated as a data-collector in terms of section 36;
