Juniper Products definition

Juniper Products means Juniper Networks hardware products and Software products, or any part thereof, that You purchase or license from Juniper Networks or purchases from an Authorized Reseller. "Malicious Code" means viruses, worms, time bombs, trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents, programs, or any identifying information or other metadata associated with them, such as suspected malicious website, url or IP addresses.

Juniper Products means those financial products described on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be amended by JUNIPER and FRONTIER from time to time in writing.

Examples of Juniper Products in a sentence

  • If the Cloud Service is made available as a feature of a Juniper Product, the Juniper Product(s) is/are not provided as a part of the Cloud Service and must be purchased separately from an Authorized Reseller or Juniper Networks.

  • For any stand alone Cloud Services, or Cloud Services that are optional services in addition to other Juniper Products, the Subscription Term begins upon receipt of the Fulfillment Email.

  • Reseller may not hold inventory or issue “stocking” orders, meaning orders for Juniper Products that are intended to be held as inventory stock for future resell.

  • In accordance with Data Protection Requirements, Recipient shall put procedures in place designed to ensure that all persons acting under its authority entrusted with the Processing of Personal Data (i) have committed themselves to keep such data confidential and not to use such data for any purposes except for the provision of the Juniper Products and Services or Resale Services, as applicable, or (ii) are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.

  • Reseller shall not purchase Juniper Products or Services from any source other than Juniper.
