Junior Trustee definition

Junior Trustee meanss any trustee or other representative for the Junior Creditors.
Junior Trustee means the respective party named as trustee in the applicable Junior Priority Notes Indentures until a successor replaces it and, thereafter, means the successor.
Junior Trustee means the Trustee designated in the Junior Indenture.
