Junior Certificates definition

Junior Certificates. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Junior Certificates means the certificates issued by a Junior Trust holding a Junior Equipment Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the applicable Junior Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Junior Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in such Junior Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the applicable Junior Trust Agreement.
