July 2016 SHA has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11.3 (Entire Agreement).
Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Relevant Distribution Date With respect to (a) any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust, the Distribution Date, and (b) any Significant Obligor with respect to an Other Securitization Trust, the “Distribution Date” (or an analogous concept) under the related Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

This certifies that Cede & Co. is the registered owner of the Percentage Interest evidenced hereby in the beneficial ownership interest of Certificates of the same Class as this Certificate in a trust (the "Trust Fund") generally consisting of conventional first lien, fixed rate mortgage loans secured by one- to four- family residences, units in planned unit developments and individual condominium units (collectively, the "Mortgage Loans") sold by Bear Stearns Asset Backex Xxxxxities, Inc. ("BSABS"). The Mortgage Loans were sold by EMC Mortgage Corporation
Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.
Note A-1 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-1 Securitization.
Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.
Distribution Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
Profit Distribution Date means the date on which the Management Company decides to distribute the profits (if any).
Rights Dividend Declaration Date shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals at the beginning of this Agreement.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 17, 2023.
Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.
Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.
Special Distribution Date Means, with respect to the Class A Certificates, each date on which a Special Payment is to be distributed as specified in this Agreement.
Collection Date The date following the Termination Date on which the Aggregate Unpaids have been reduced to zero and indefeasibly paid in full.
Second Restatement Date means October 20, 2011.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Class B Monthly Principal shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(b).
Note A-2 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-2 Securitization.
Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.
