judicial function definition

judicial function  means the functions of the Judiciary set out in this Constitution;
judicial function  means the exercise of any power of the Judicial Branch of the State government.
judicial function  means the exercise of independent judgment and discretion in the determination of a fact or legal principle affecting the rights of one or more parties, including serving as a judicial advisor pursuant to section 121.37 or serving as a member of a judicial advisory board pursuant to section 2301.51 of the Revised Code.
