Examples of Judgment Notice in a sentence
A party delivering a Certified Judgment Notice or an Appeal Notice shall deliver to the other party hereto a copy thereof on or prior to the date of delivery thereof to the Escrow Agent, and the Escrow Agent shall also deliver a copy of each Certified Judgment Notice or Appeal Notice to the party which did not deliver the same promptly after the Escrow Agent's receipt thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Escrow Agent shall disburse the Escrow Funds in accordance with any Certified Judgment Notice (as defined below) from the Buyer or any Seller which is not the subject of an Appeal Notice.
Upon receipt of Payment Instructions or a Judgment Notice, the Escrow Agent shall thereafter act in accordance with Section 3(b)(v) or Section 3(b)(vi) below, as applicable.
Such payment will be made on or before the third (3rd) business day following the date on which Escrow Agent receives such Judgment Notice.
After the Termination Date, each time an Unresolved Claim is resolved as provided for herein, the amount of such Unresolved Claim shall be disbursed in accordance with the Mutual Written Instructions or the Certified Judgment Notice reflecting such resolution.
