JUCEA definition

JUCEA means the Commercial Registry of the State of Amazonas (Junta Comercial do Estado do Amazonas). Law means any national, regional, local or foreign constitution, treaty, law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, interpretation, directive, policy, order, writ, decree, injunction, judgment, stay or restraining order, provisions and conditions of permits, licenses, Governmental Order, registrations and other operating authorizations, any ruling or decision of, agreement with or by, or any other requirement of, any Governmental Authority; or any amendments of any of the foregoing. Losses have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1.1. Maintenance and Other Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • Tabarru ” means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

  • Parade means any procession or body of pedestrians, except members of the Armed Forces, numbering more than 30, standing, marching or walking on any street or sidewalk, or any group of vehicles numbering ten or more, except funeral processions, standing or moving on any street;

  • SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i”, a reference rate equal to the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or a successor administrator), as the administrator of the benchmark, on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s website currently at http://www.mas.gov.sg, or any successor website officially designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or as published by its authorised distributors) (the “Relevant Screen Page”) on the Singapore Business Day immediately following such Singapore Business Day “i”; and
