You agree that except for the wiring installed inside the Premises ("Inside Wiring"), all JTL Equipment belongs to us or other third parties and will not be deemed fixtures or in any way part of the Premises.
We will conduct this removal at a time agreed on by you and us, and you will ensure that all JTL Equipment is returned to JTL.

You further agree that JTL may modify the AUP or other policies from time to time.
EXCEPT FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, NEITHER JTL NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR DESTRUCTION TO THE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT.
Notwithstanding that Landlord may from time to time make payments of rent due under the Tycon Lease directly to J.T.L. on behalf of Tenant, such payments shall not be construed, nor shall the same be deemed, as an assumption of, nor of Landlord's intent or desire to assume, nor as an acceptance of an assignment by Tenant of, the Tycon Lease.
