MCTP provides training in coordination with Joint Staff J7 to commands and/or staffs that are designated to serve as a JTF.
The TF does not generally include regulations that exist in the rules of the concerned countries, including various supplementary instructions (SIN, TEL, JTF, BVF and the like.) The TF or any specific annex must be distributed as a personal copy according to safety procedure 7-06.

The total of the ERDF and the ESF+ resources transferred to the JTF shall not exceed three times the amount of the JTF support referred to in Article 104(1)(g) .
