JSST means JS Siloed Trust and any successor or assign of JSST that is a receivables investment company which in the ordinary course of its business issues commercial paper or other securities (or such commercial paper or other securities is issued by its related commercial paper issuer) to fund its acquisition and maintenance of receivables.
