For studies of interconnections in close electrical proximity at the boundaries between the systems of the parties, the JRPC will direct the performance of a detailed review of the appropriateness of applicable power system models.
The JRPC will develop screening procedures to assist in the identification of service requests that may impact systems of parties other than the system receiving the request.
