  • Except as otherwise set forth in Section 1.26 of this Agreement, the unanimous agreement of the members of the JRMC shall be required to take any action.

  • Formal minutes of each meeting of the JRMC shall be kept and shall be provided, in a timely fashion, to each representative on the JRMC.

  • Each Party may change any one or more of its representatives on the JRMC at any time upon notice to the other Party.
