JRC Term definition

JRC Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and extending throughout the Research Collaboration Term.

Examples of JRC Term in a sentence

  • During the Research Term and thereafter until disbanded as provided in Section 4.9 (JRC Term), the JRC will meet on a Calendar Quarter basis by audio or video teleconference and, at a minimum, twice each Calendar Year in person (which in-person meeting will be held on an alternating basis between Waltham, MA and a site of Xxxxxxx or any of its Affiliates, such to be agreed by the Parties).

  • Following the JRC Term, the JRC shall meet annually unless the Parties mutually agree that more frequent meetings are desired.

  • Except as otherwise specified herein, upon the expiration of the Research Collaboration Term, all obligations of Anacor to conduct research pursuant to the Research Collaboration shall terminate (although Anacor’s requirement to participate on the JRC and consult following the JRC Term as provided in Section 3.1.5 shall not be affected by expiration of the Research Collaboration Term), but the other rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not otherwise be affected.

  • After the JRC Term, the JRC shall cease to serve the functions set forth in Section 3.1.4 and shall instead serve as an Information transfer vehicle to facilitate the discussion of Development and commercialization of Medicis Development Compounds and Products.

Related to JRC Term

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Academic term means a division of the school year during which a course of studies is offered, and includes a semester, quarter, or single consolidated summer term as defined by the institution.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Tail Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b).

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.
