Upon execution of this Agreement by all Parties, the JQH Trust shall file a motion under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9019 in the Bankruptcy Cases seeking approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Field PSA and this Agreement by the Bankruptcy Court.
