JPRC means the joint planning and review committee which makes short−term and long−term planning recommenda- tions for youth, with members representing the type 1 secured cor- rectional facility in which the youth resides, OJOR, the com- mitting county and the aftercare provider.

• In addition, standard written materials (including scripts) to be provided or used by Zogenix in responding to PIRs and performing its obligations under this Section 4.9 shall be reviewed in advance and approved by the JPRC, and all written materials (including scripts) addressing the use of the Product outside of the approved labeling shall be consistent with such standard written materials.

• All Promotional Materials shall be reviewed and approved by the JPRC.

• The Ontario Judicial Council (OJC) and the Justices of the Peace Review Council (JPRC) operate as independent bodies as established by the Courts of Justice Act and the Justices of the Peace Act.
