Licensee agrees that it shall not make any form of representation or statement which would constitute an express or implied endorsement by Caltech or the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) of any Licensed Product, and that it shall not authorize others to do so, without first having obtained written approval from Caltech, except as may be required by governmental law, rule or regulation.
