JPD definition

JPD means the Juvenile Probation Department of the County of San Diego;
JPD shall have the meaning given such term in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • JPD and Service Agency may mutually agree to terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 30 day written notice to terminate.

  • Contractor shall have no cause of action against JPD in the event JPD is unable to perform its obligations pursuant to this Agreement as a result of suspension, termination, withdrawal or failure of Federal and/or State funding to JPD.

  • C) This Article does not compromise or in any way inhibit the Police Chief’s authority to add to, delete from or otherwise amend the JPD Regulations and Operations Manual.

Related to JPD

  • Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time. Team leaders shall carry out such supervisory and resource management duties as are reasonably required and shall receive an allowance as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Allowances, of Part B.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • JPC means Joint Planning Committee.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
