The parties agree to recognize that the Union will hold a seat on the Joint Pension Advisory Committee (JPAC).

Members of the JPAC may attend each meeting either in person or by means of telephone or other telecommunications device that allows all participants to hear and speak at such meeting simultaneously.
JPAC members shall not directly or indirectly solicit or accept gifts from any source that would compromise their independence as JPAC members.
