Journeyman status definition

Journeyman status means the status of any worker or employee that is neither a foreman nor an apprentice in a registered apprenticeship program, in any trade or craft. Workers or employees that are neither a foreman nor an apprentice in a registered apprenticeship program, in any trade or craft, must be paid at the journeyman rate as required by the “New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act,” P.L. 1963, c. 150.
