For purposes of this Agreement, the jointly used flying facilities of the Airport are the runways, taxiways, lighting systems, navigational aids, airport control tower, markings and appurtenances open to public use and use by the Government, including all improvements and facilities pertaining thereto and situated thereon and all future additions, improvements, and facilities thereto as may be added or constructed ("Jointly Used Flying Facilities").
