Joint Venture Parent definition

Joint Venture Parent means the joint venture entity formed in a Parent Joint Venture Transaction.
Joint Venture Parent means Borrower or one or more Financing Partnerships of Borrower which directly owns any interest in a Joint Venture Subsidiary.
Joint Venture Parent means AMB LP or one or more Financing Partnerships of AMB LP which directly or indirectly owns any interest in a Joint Venture Subsidiary.
