Joint Statement definition

Joint Statement means the Joint Federal Agency Statement Regarding Navajo Generating Station issued by Interior, EPA and DOE, dated January 4, 2013, a copy of which is attached as Appendix D.
Joint Statement means the joint public statement of the Parties announcing the execution of the Settlement Agreement resolving the Action, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
