Joint Software definition

Joint Software means the Software licensed and/or owned by PlanetCAD as set forth on SCHEDULE A. LICENSES shall mean the agreements listed on SCHEDULE A pursuant to which PlanetCAD has acquired rights in the Joint Software. OBJECT CODE shall mean computer-programming code, substantially or entirely in binary form, that is directly executable by a computer after suitable processing, but without the intervening steps of assembly, compilation or link-edit.
Joint Software means the Software listed on Schedule 2.1B(1).
Joint Software means the source code, object code, programmer documentation and user documentation, as further developed pursuant to Section 2.10, comprising: (i) the software programs known as EliteView 3.1 (Microsoft Windows version) for the following - 3512 Ethernet Hub, 3812 Ethernet Hub, Tigerstack Ethernet Hub, PC Agent, 4008 Token Ring MAU, 4016 Token Ring MAU, Tigerswitch XE, ES/1, ES/1 ATX; (ii) the software programs known as EliteView 4.3 (Microsoft Windows version); (iii) the software programs known as EliteView Snap-in (Novell NMS version); and (iv) the software program known as Agent Emulator.

  • You agree that on termination or expiration of the Franchise, you will immediately cease to use the Joint Software and will uninstall it from all computer systems owned by the Franchise.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions herein, PlanetCAD agrees to license the Joint Software to Dassault Systemes and to limit its rights in and to such Software.

  • PlanetCAD represents and warrants to Dassault Systemes that it owns and/or has valid licenses in all rights, title and interest in and to the Joint Software.

  • In such a case, and only as to the use of the Joint Software, PlanetCAD shall not be bound by the provisions of the non-competition clause provided for in the Purchase Agreement executed on July 4, 2000.

  • If it is determined that any information was omitted from the Joint Software or your accounting software was input inaccurately, or you have failed to provide us any required Reports, we may charge a non-refundable accounting fee of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00), payable in a lump sum by the fifth (5th) day of the month following the month during which the inaccurate report was submitted or for any late Reports.


More Definitions of Joint Software

Joint Software means applications software which is jointly owned by RIT and Customer. Each party has all rights of an owner in this software, without any obligation to account to the other; provided, that, each party shall treat this software as Confidential Information of the other. The copy of any Joint Software used to provide Services to Customer hereunder shall be treated for all purposes as Customer Applications Software.

SOFTWARE shall mean any computer software program, including programming-code, on-line documentation, if any, user interface related thereto or associated therewith, to the extent that such user interface does exist, and related user and installation documentation other than on-line documentation associated with this computer software program. SOURCE CODE shall mean computer-programming code and related system documentation, comments and procedural code, that is not directly executable by a computer but which may be printed out or displayed in a form readable and understandable by a qualified programmer.

Related to Joint Software

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
