If a Joint Research Project Team is unable to reach unanimous agreement on any matter, such matter shall be referred to the Joint Research Committee.

In the event the University is compelled to do so at any time due to any act of God, force majeure, or anther compelling reason, it may, after due consultation with the Research Partner, either terminate the Joint Research Project hereunder before its completion or extend the Project Term.
