Joint Loss definition

Joint Loss or "Joint Losses" means (individually and collectively, as appropriate) any Guaranty Losses that are not a BR Party Caused Guaranty Loss or a TriBridge Party Caused Guaranty Loss. TriBridge shall be responsible for 7.5% of any Joint Loss, and the Bluerock Guarantor shall be responsible for 92.5% of any Joint Loss.
Joint Loss means any diminution in value, injury, damage, loss or similar insurable event that is (i) both a CBS Loss and a New Viacom Loss and (ii) not exclusively a CBS Loss or a New Viacom Loss.
Joint Loss means that there is damage to property that is Covered Property under both the commercial property policy and this policy and both the commercial property insurer(s) and we admit to some liability for payment under the respective policies.

Examples of Joint Loss in a sentence

  • Health and safety concerns shall be referred to the Joint Loss Management Committee to be addressed and shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • If the Building and Boiler and Machinery/Equipment Breakdown coverages are provided by separate policies, a Joint Loss Agreement Endorsement should be obtained on each policy.

  • Verification that GE has been included as a Joint Loss payee under the policy must be provided upon request by Company.

  • If such coverage is provided pursuant to a separate Boiler and Machinery policy or endorsement, Tenant will obtain a Joint Loss Agreement.
