Joint Leads means collectively Banc of America Securities LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated in their capacities as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Book Managers and Citigroup Global Markets in its capacity as additional Joint Book Manager.
