Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Bookrunner, Co-Documentation Agent or Co-Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Senior Facility Agent, the Swing Line Lender, a Senior Issuing Bank or a Senior Lender.
