Joint Forum definition

Joint Forum means the joint ACT Government/ATSIC/Commonwealth officers’ forum:

Examples of Joint Forum in a sentence

  • The Committee, as outlined in Article 6.01, plus a Trustee, shall meet three (3) times per year with the Joint Forum Committee during the months of October, February and May.

  • The Joint Forum should promote the development of opportunities for public participation in cooperative projects.

  • Unless TIASA and the Employer otherwise agree, information provided under (b) above must be treated as confidential by the persons participating in the Joint Forum.

  • During negotiations to settle the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement 2017-2019 (SSSCA) and the Kaiarahi i te Reo, Therapists’, Assistants to Teachers of Students with Severe Disabilities and Special Education Assistants’ Collective Agreement 2017-2019 (KRCA) the parties agreed to establish a Joint Forum to enable ongoing discussion of professional and industrial issues.

  • In conducting its work, the Joint Forum should consider any views and recommendations of the Joint Committee, or any relevant subcommittee established under the FTA.

  • Recognizing that the Governments may identify new cooperative priorities in the light of changing circumstances, the Joint Forum may update the Plan of Action as appropriate.

  • Investor Q&A Forum As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Forum means any federal, state, local, municipal, or foreign court, governmental agency, administrative body or agency, tribunal, private alternative dispute resolution system, or arbitration panel.

  • Original Jurisdiction means, in relation to an Obligor, the jurisdiction under whose laws that Obligor is incorporated as at the date of this Agreement.

  • Venue means the premises as delineated and shown edged red in Annex A.

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.
