  • Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, U.S. Bank National Association and The Bank of Nova Scotia in their respective capacities as joint lead arranger, and their respective successors in such capacity.
