Joint Booking Platform definition

Joint Booking Platform has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 1.4(b) of the IUK Access Code;
Joint Booking Platform or "JBP" means the joint web based platform operated by the JBP Operator and used to offer, obtain and allocate IP Capacity pursuant to Capacity Auctions and to execute IP Capacity Trades;
Joint Booking Platform means the web based platform used to offer, obtain and trade IP Capacity, such platform being the PRISMA capacity platform.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
