Joint auditor means a person with the necessary experience
Joint auditor means the auditor appointed jointly by the Concessionaire and the Authority, in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2009, for any purpose under this Agreement including but not limited to matters relating the cost certifications, Additional Costs, Termination Payments etc.
