Examples of Joining Bonus in a sentence

  • In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated within one year following the Joining date (i) by Employee or (ii) by the Company, Employee shall and hereby does agree to repay the Company in full for the Joining Bonus.

  • If employee shall be entitled to receive a joining bonus, the Joining Bonus will be paid no later than 30 days following the Joining Date.

  • As of the date hereof, the Company Board, after consultation with its financial and legal advisors, has made the determinations set out in Section 2.3(b) and has unanimously resolved to make the Company Board Recommendation to the Company Securityholders that they vote in favour of the Arrangement Resolution.

  • In the event that Executive’s employment is terminated within one year following the Effective Date (i) by Executive other than for Good Reason, or (ii) by the Company for Cause, Executive shall and hereby does agree to repay the Company in full for any portion of the Joining Bonus already paid to Executive.

  • In the event that you leave the Company's employment before the first anniversary of the commencement of your employment, other than for dismissal without Cause or resignation with Good Reason, you must immediately repay to the Company the full amount of the Joining Bonus (save for any amount already repaid pursuant to this clause).

  • If you resign or your employment is terminated by Bain during your second year of employment, you will be required to repay 50% of the Joining Bonus to Bain.

Related to Joining Bonus

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of any distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $28.00.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.
