Job Zone Term definition
Job Zone Term means stated period of time stated in Section II. G. of this agreement.
Job Zone Term means January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2015.
Examples of Job Zone Term in a sentence
Section 5.5. This agreement shall become effective upon its Approval Date and shall expire upon the expiration of the Job Zone Term, unless earlier terminated or rescinded in accordance with its terms.
The qualified business shall create «NumNewFTEJobs» new FTE jobs by «NewJobCreationDate» by and retained by the qualified business during the Job Zone Term and within the subzone boundary.
