Job performance definition

Job performance means the manner in which an employee performs a position of employment and includes an analysis of the employee's attendance at work, attitudes, effort, knowledge, behaviors, and skills.
Job performance records means:
Job performance means that how effectively an individual perform his/her job assigned by supervisor (Beauchamp, Bray, Eys, & Carron, 2002). The confidence of an individual about his or her own capabilities influenced the job performance (Casey‐Campbell & Martens, 2009). In addition, the alignment of an individual with the organizational vision, mission and goals can become a key to achieve the level of desired performance of an individual as well as organization (Demerouti, Bakker, & Leiter, 2014; Moradi, Kord, Bavadi, & Tarifi, 2014; Singh, 2000).
