Job Notification definition

Job Notification means the written notice of any Hiring Opportunities from Contractor to CityBuild. Contractor shall provide Job Notifications to CityBuild with a minimum of 3 business days' notice.
Job Notification means written notice of an open On-Site Job, including a clear and complete description of job responsibilities, minimum qualifications, hourly wage rate, anticipated work schedule, duration of employment, required standards of appearance, other expectations, and any special requirements (e.g. language skills, driver’s license, required background check, etc.).

Examples of Job Notification in a sentence

  • Should any issues arise as a result of the Job Notification, the Employer and the International Representative of the Union shall meet to resolve the issues.

  • For a period of 10 calendar days after FSHA’s receipt of the Job Notification, Contractor must refrain from seeking job applicants for the Entry Level Position included in the Job Notification from other sources.

  • The Employer agrees to submit a Job Notification Form Addendum E, to the International Union at their headquarters located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, D.

  • D4.01 Upon receipt of Job Notification from the Employer, the Local Union may, prior to the Pre-job Conference, provide the Employer with a list of available qualified Journeymen.
