Job Description Form means the current Job Description Form registered for a position by the Employer setting out the position’s title, role, responsibilities and selection criteria and replaces the Classification Definitions at subclause 4.11.1(a) of the Award.

Examples of Job Description Form in a sentence

  • Should the review result in a change of classification, the effective date of the change shall be the date on which the employee files with her/his supervisor the completed Job Description Form as provided and requested by the Department of Human Resources.
