Job Analysis definition

Job Analysis means a comprehensive, systematic breakdown that identifies the relevant components in a particular job through a detailed description of the work behaviors and tasks performed.
Job Analysis means a determination of the relative importance of the various aspects of the job based on a detailed inventory of job tasks, duties, and activities performed on the job, and the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics required to perform the job.
