Examples of JMWG in a sentence

  • After such First Commercial Sale of the first Drug Product and during the remainder of the Term, unless otherwise agreed by the JMWG, the JMWG will meet [***].

  • Each Party will be responsible for all of its own expenses incurred in connection with participating in any such JMWG meetings, including all travel and all expenses associated therewith.

  • Additional non-members of the JMWG having relevant experience may from time to time be invited to participate in a JMWG meeting.

  • For clarity, the JMWG shall have no authority to amend or waive compliance with any provision of this Agreement.

  • The JMWG may meet either (a) in person at either Party’s facilities or at such locations as the Parties may otherwise agree or (b) by teleconference or videoconference.

  • From time to time during the Term, each Party may replace its JMWG representative(s) by written notice to the other Party specifying the prior representative and their replacement.
